Exempla Lutheran Collier Hospice Center
Pat Archer, RN, BSN, MA, has been Director of Exempla Lutheran Hospice since 2000, following a long career in health care including direct clinical care, management, program development, marketing, quality improvement processes, and financial operations. She has worked as a Home Care/Hospice Surveyor for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and developed and managed health programs for seniors. Archer is a past board member of the Colorado Center for Hospice & Palliative Care. In 2005, she received that organization’s Outstanding Achievement Award for her leadership in obtaining support for building Collier Hospice Center, which opened in 2006.
