Dennis J. Boyle, MD, has delivered communication workshops to more than 3,000 providers over the past 15 years in Colorado and nationally. He currently serves as Associate Director of University of Colorado’s Foundations of Doctoring, an innovative program teaching physician/patient communication to 300+ medical students yearly. Boyle is also a risk manager at the COPIC medical liability company and speaks and coaches across the state on the topic of disclosing errors and other communication and malpractice issues. Finally, he is an academic rheumatologist at Denver Health and Hospitals.
