Chip Stark, MD, attended medical school at the University of Colorado and completed his surgical residency at the University of New Mexico. He was in private practice in Boulder and also practiced Urology at the CU Medical Center and Denver Veterans Administration Hospital prior to transitioning to Hospice and Palliative Medicine in 1999. Chip received specialized palliative training at Harvard University and became board certifi ed in Palliative Medicine in 2003.
