Carl L. Middleton, DMin, ND, serves as the Vice President of Theology and Ethics for Catholic Health Initiatives in their Denver office. He has been a theologian/ethicist since 1973; serving 32 years in Catholic Health Care. In addition to a BA, Carl holds three Masters degrees (moral theology, religious education, and divinity), a Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio; and a Doctorate in Naturopathy from Clayton School of Natural Health in Alabama. Carl has taught extensively in seminaries, nursing schools, and medical residency programs. He is an internationally renowned lecturer and has co-authored three books and numerous articles on mission, values and ethics.
